On 17th November 2009 executive director Mr. Pavel Kratochvil was dismissed. The Company does not approve or agree with his recent actions. However, Mr. Kratochvil was planning his leave several months in advance and thus succeeded in transferring some of the entity’s property into his possession, he even tried to steal company’s know-how. Lawsuit against his actions is currently in progress
